Welcome to ViperFlick.com (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users of our platform to respect our rights as well. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown notice to us through the DMCA Agent listed below.
As an online service provider, ViperFlick is entitled to claim immunity from copyright infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To properly submit a good faith infringement claim, you must provide the following detailed information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
-
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or an authorized representative).
-
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
-
Identification of the infringing material to be removed or disabled, including information sufficient to locate the material (such as the exact URL of the page in question).
-
Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your full name, physical address, email address, and telephone number (fax number optional).
-
A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement affirming that the information provided in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
⚠️ Please note: Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil penalties, including attorney’s fees and damages, against any party who knowingly and materially misrepresents facts in a DMCA takedown notice. Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.
Submission of Claims
All takedown notices should be submitted through our official Contact Page. Email submissions are strongly recommended for quicker processing and response.
By submitting a copyright infringement claim, you acknowledge and agree that ViperFlick may share your claim details, including your identity, with the alleged infringer for transparency and legal purposes.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you believe your material was removed due to mistake, misidentification, or wrongful claims, you may submit a counter notification under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. This written notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the removed material and the original location before removal.
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., consenting to the jurisdiction of any district in which ViperFlick may be found).
Counter notifications should also be sent via our Contact Page, with email submissions preferred for efficiency.
Repeat Infringer Policy
ViperFlick takes copyright infringement very seriously. We maintain a record of all DMCA takedown requests and actively monitor for repeat violations. Users found to be repeat infringers under our internal policy will have their accounts permanently terminated without notice.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our internal compliance practices. We encourage users to revisit this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
